Who it's for, and whether it holds up.
A male gamer reincarnates as a female character in an eroge with New Game Plus perks, and then pursues the exact kind of scenarios the title implies. The premise is self-aware to the point of absurdity, and the story leans into that completely. This is not a novel confused about what it is.
What works, more than you'd expect, is the comedy. The MC's casual attitude toward their situation creates a contrast with the chaos around them that generates genuine laughs. The NPCs have distinct personalities and the author puts effort into varying the encounters rather than running the same scene repeatedly. There's also a broad-mindedness to the MC's appetites that at least avoids some of the genre's more predictable patterns.
The smut itself is the main draw and also the main inconsistency. Some scenes are well-handled, others get rushed or glossed over in ways that feel like missed opportunities given what the novel is clearly going for. The ending introduces a romance that feels tonally disconnected from the rest of the story.
At 3.4 this sits about where you'd expect. It's a guilty pleasure that delivers on its core promise more often than not, and the comedic angle keeps it from being purely mechanical. Go in knowing exactly what it is and you'll probably have a fine time. Go in expecting coherent plot or developed characters and you'll be confused about the whole enterprise.
