Who it's for, and whether it holds up.
The title tells you exactly what you're getting: an eroge isekai where the MC reincarnates as the villain and ends up being pursued instead of doing the pursuing. It knows its audience and doesn't pretend otherwise. The adult content is front and center from the start.
What's surprising is that there's an actual story underneath it. The world-building around the gods and the state of the setting is genuinely interesting, and Zagan's evolution from cold villain to awkward, animal-loving protagonist is handled with more care than the premise deserves. The ML, Luca, is devoted to the point of intensity, but the story frames that devotion as protective rather than smothering. The younger sister is a standout side character, and the supporting cast generally has personality.
Some early scenes involve dubious consent, and while the story contextualizes them later, that context doesn't erase the scenes themselves. Readers who find that content uncomfortable should know what they're walking into. There's also a recurring stylistic quirk with the ML's laugh that some will find irritating.
A 4 out of 5 feels honest here. It's not trying to be great literature, and it isn't, but it's a better-constructed novel than the genre average. The plot builds into something worth following, the main couple has chemistry, and the story has enough genuine warmth to make you care about how things resolve. Go in knowing what it is and it's a solid read.
