Read across three publication decades
A square such as 2000s Mystery asks for a web novel first published from 2000 to 2009 with a mystery genre label. The board includes three different genre prompts from each decade.
Open Example novel for a matching title, its recorded year, and a review link. Each board uses nine different example novels. You can also use a book you already planned to read if it fits the prompt.
Set your reading goal before you start, such as ten chapters per square. Use one book per square and mark your progress. The publication years refer to the original work; an English translation can start much later.
Web Novel Reading Bingo FAQ
How does Web Novel Reading Bingo choose its squares?
Each board has three squares from the 2000s, three from the 2010s, and three from the 2020s. Each square pairs its decade with adventure, comedy, fantasy, mystery, or romance. All nine pairs are different. The counts and examples use records marked Web Novel with a four-digit first publication year and the matching genre.
Do I have to read the example novel?
No. You can choose any novel that fits the square. Use a different book for each square, then mark it when you finish your chosen reading goal. Three marked squares in a row, column, or diagonal make a bingo. Examples come from a small fixed catalog sample. Check a novel’s description and current translation before you start.
Can I use the same board with a friend?
Enter the same board name to get the same prompts and examples from this catalog snapshot. Letter case and extra spaces do not change the board. Your name and marks stay in your browser. The tool does not save progress; making a board again or reloading the page clears the marks.
