My Thoughts on My New Life, Won’t You Please Become Peaceful!
This web novel has certainly been a ride! "My New Life, Won’t You Please Become Peaceful!" lured me in with its seemingly fluffy premise and then proceeded to turn delightfully, and sometimes disturbingly, dark. I went in expecting a lighthearted escape and got a complex story with characters who are anything but simple.

Initially, I was charmed by the reincarnation setup and the main character, Gilbert's, introduction to the world of dukes and knights. The early chapters felt like a fun twist on the BL game trope, with a protagonist seemingly out of his depth. It was easy to get sucked in and enjoy the humor and character interactions.
