Who it's for, and whether it holds up.
Le Ke is pure smut with almost no plot scaffolding, and it doesn't pretend otherwise. The tags (adult, harem, smut, yaoi) are the review. If those work for you, the execution is apparently competent: the scenes are vivid, the MC seems to be enjoying himself throughout, and the author isn't wasting pages on story mechanics that aren't the point.
The content is extreme by most standards. Non-consensual situations, incest, drug use, gang scenarios, and public settings are all present. This isn't a story where those elements appear at the margins. They're central. Readers who've flagged discomfort with these themes are not misreading the material.
The 3.9 rating reflects that it does the one thing it's trying to do reasonably well, while being narrow enough in purpose that it's not reaching for anything else. There's no character development to evaluate, no plot arc to assess. Some readers found specific scenes memorable; others bounced off the content entirely.
The practical advice from other readers is accurate: check the tags first, go in with no expectations about story or emotional depth, and decide whether the specific content listed above is something you want to engage with. If you're in the target audience, it delivers. If you're not, it's not going to meet you halfway.
