"How Do You Still Have This Side?" is a delightful yuri novel that really surprised me. With its blend of comedy, fantasy, and slice-of-life elements, it's a quick and enjoyable read that left me feeling warm and fuzzy.

Initially, I was drawn in by the premise: a system-bound MC tasked with making her convenient husband's child evil, only for things to go sideways when the original love interest falls for her instead! The setup is ridiculous in the best way, and I was eager to see how the author would navigate this chaotic scenario.
What Works Well
The strength of this novel lies in its charming characters and their interactions. The MC is hilarious, especially when she's logically dismantling the arrogant male lead's schemes and pushing him to the brink of speechlessness. The female lead is equally captivating, and the two of them together create a wholesome and supportive dynamic. I appreciated the lack of excessive drama and the open communication between the leads, a refreshing change from many other stories in the genre. The childcare aspect is also well-done, with the MC's caring nature shining through as she protects the young child from a potentially dark fate. The story is straightforward and fluffy without compromising the MC's morals.
