My Thoughts on Awakening
"Awakening" promised a fresh take on the reincarnation genre, and while it had moments that shone, I ultimately found myself somewhat divided on the overall experience. It certainly has its strengths, particularly in the earlier chapters, but some recurring issues kept it from reaching its full potential.
First Impressions
Initially, I was drawn in by the premise of a powerful, ancient martial arts master reincarnated into a modern world. The early interactions and the setup of the protagonist's new life were intriguing.
