My Thoughts on The Path Toward Heaven
"The Path Toward Heaven" is definitely a unique xianxia experience, and after diving in, I can see why it's garnered such a range of opinions. It's not your typical power-up progression fantasy, and that's both its strength and, for some, its weakness.
First Impressions
Right off the bat, I felt a different vibe. The story unfolds at a deliberate pace, and the protagonist, Jing Jiu, is… well, apathetic. Some might even call him lazy. But I found it intriguing.
