My Thoughts on Rescue the Male Lead
"Rescue the Male Lead" definitely had an intriguing premise that pulled me in: a female protagonist traversing different novel worlds to save miserable male leads. However, my experience was a bit of a rollercoaster, with some aspects shining while others left me wanting more.
First Impressions
The initial setup was promising. I was excited by the prospect of a strong female lead tackling different scenarios and healing damaged souls. The idea of multiple worlds, each with its own unique setting and challenges, had me eagerly diving in.
What Works Well
The core concept of healing and romance is definitely a strong point. The system, while restrictive at times, adds an interesting layer to the protagonist's journey. I appreciate the focus on familial love and the exploration of different social statuses, adding depth to the narratives. Some may enjoy the ML's devotion, even if it comes across as stalker-like at times.
