"Killer Nights" is definitely a web novel that leaves an impression, though perhaps not always a positive one. It's a blend of horror, romance, and mystery, all set against a backdrop of mature themes, and it's a rollercoaster of emotions. While it might not be for everyone, it has some compelling aspects that kept me reading, even when I was questioning some of the author's choices.

Going in, I was expecting a gritty police procedural with a supernatural twist. The tags certainly suggest a dark and mature story. And while it delivers on that front, I soon realized the mystery element takes a backseat to character drama and the central relationship.
