Going in, I knew this was going to be a lighthearted josei with a focus on romance and the entertainment industry. The premise itself is pretty fun – a female mentor navigating the world of boy group competitions. The tags promised a beautiful female lead, handsome male lead, and all the tropes that come with it, and for the most part, it delivered.

One of the strongest points of the novel is the dynamic between the leads. The female lead is definitely a Mary Sue in some aspects – she's beautiful, talented, and generally well-liked. However, she's also portrayed as hardworking and gentle, which makes her much more relatable. I particularly enjoyed how the author focused on the FL's love of her fans and her growth throughout the story. The boy band competition arc was also a highlight, providing a good amount of drama and entertainment.
