"Villain: Is It Too Much to Live off the Heroine?" definitely presented an interesting premise, and I went in hoping for a fun, maybe even subversive, take on the typical villain protagonist. The initial chapters certainly grabbed my attention, but my overall experience was somewhat mixed.

The urban setting is a nice change of pace from the more common cultivation worlds, and the idea of a protagonist destined to be the ultimate villain is appealing.
