Who it's for, and whether it holds up.
An isekai about a reincarnated salaryman who ends up in a position of feudal power and acts accordingly. The title is accurate and the tags are there for a reason. This is primarily adult content, and some of that content involves coercion and non-consent. If that's a hard line for you, close the tab now.
For readers who continue: the novel does more with its premise than the genre average. The MC behaves in ways that reflect the actual power dynamics of the world he's in rather than importing modern morality wholesale, which makes him morally gray rather than just generically sleazy. The female characters develop over time and have reactions that feel grounded rather than purely wish-fulfillment. The politics and world-building get more prominent as the story progresses, and some readers appreciate that shift while others preferred the earlier focus.
The early relationship content is repetitive before the plot mechanics kick in, and the depth in those early chapters is thin. There are also plot elements involving the MC's family that reviewers have flagged as potentially off-putting.
At 3.9, this sits comfortably in the middle of the adult isekai range. It's better constructed than most of its peers, with actual world-building and characters who behave consistently within their context. It's not going to be anyone's literary touchstone, but as dark adult isekai goes, it's one of the more readable ones. The tone is unapologetic throughout, which is at least honest.
