Description

Pei Xian, who looks like the white moonlight (unattainable love) of the Villain, was going to be gifted to the Villain by his lover, Zhou Kai. Unable to withstand the betrayal by Zhou Kai, Pei Xian threatened to jump from the window of a 20 story building. Si Yang, who died in the hospital full of wishes for a simple life, transmigrated into the body of Pei Xian. Pei Xian is a character in the 3rd rate novel he read above. He transmigrated at the scene where Pei Xian in the novel was about to jump from the window. Gu Han, the “villain” in the novel somehow gained a system after his tragic end, returned to the same scene in the novel. The system helps him combat the protagonist’s halo of making the “villains” like him lose their IQ. Pei Xian is chosen as the system’s “battery”, so in order to charge the system, Gu Han must maintain physical contact with Pei Xian. Gu Han has no choice but to try and stop “Pei Xian” from killing himself. So begins the story of a reluctant ML, pampering the MC.

The Villain Will Become Stupid If He Doesn’t Pamper Me Review & Spoilers - Novel Translator

## My Thoughts on The Villain Will Become Stupid If He Doesn’t Pamper Me This novel is quite a ride, and honestly, I'm still trying to figure out exactly how I feel about it. "The Villain Will Become Stupid If He Doesn’t Pamper Me" promises comedy and fluff, and it certainly delivers on those fronts, but it's also a bit of a chaotic mess. ### First Impressions Initially, I was intrigued by the premise: a reborn ML with a system forcing him to dote on a transmigrated MC. It sounded like a recipe for some hilarious scenarios. However, like some readers, I found the initial chapters a bit confusing. There's a lot thrown at you at once, and it takes a little while to sort out who's who and what's going on. The summary could definitely use some clarification to prepare readers for the zaniness to come. ### What Works Well When this story works, it *really* works. The interactions between the ML and MC are often hilarious and heartwarming. The ML's character, in particular, is a breath of fresh air. He's not your typical cold CEO; he's often childish and silly, which makes his devotion to the MC all the more endearing. The MC, despite initial appearances, isn't just a clueless pushover. He's a former businessman with hidden depths, and it's fun to watch him navigate this new, absurd world. The comedy is definitely a strong point; I found myself laughing out loud at several points, especially at the ML's antics and the increasingly bizarre situations they find themselves in. The plot also has decent twists that keep you guessing. ### Areas of Concern The biggest issue, for me, is the plot's overall coherence. Like many, I felt that the storyline becomes increasingly convoluted as the story progresses. Things start to feel forced, and some of the humor falls flat. The characters, at times, seem to lose their common sense, and the plot can feel like a string of random events rather than a cohesive narrative. Also, the translation could be improved. ### ⚠️ Spoiler Warning Some readers pointed out the introduction of male pregnancy (Mpreg) elements, which may not be everyone's cup of tea. Also, some felt the MC's desire to experience life to the fullest came across as unrealistic given his age and previous life. ### Final Verdict "The Villain Will Become Stupid If He Doesn’t Pamper Me" is a flawed but ultimately enjoyable read. If you're looking for a lighthearted, comedic story with a doting ML and a slightly unhinged plot, this might be right up your alley. Just be prepared to suspend your disbelief and embrace the chaos. I'd give it a solid 3.5 out of 5 stars. It's not perfect, but it's definitely good for a laugh.
