Description

When Yue Xia woke up, she had transmigrated and was bound to an unlucky system. *** On the day of her transmigrating, the plot had progressed to the day of the male protagonist and the white moonlight’s engagement party. Yue Xia had to immediately go to the engagement party, fail to snatch the protagonist, and start the muddled life of a loser. Yue Xia held her breath. Yue Xia: … Even a villainess has human rights! And so, that afternoon, Yue Xia lived up to expectations by appearing at the lively engagement party. Faced with everyone’s shocked gazes and the male protagonist, who had a hard time hiding the disgust in his eyes, Yue Xia swallowed the wasabi in her mouth and burst into tears. “Did you really forget me?” The male protagonist: “Stop pestering me…” “Shuyao!” Yue Xia suddenly turned her head and affectionately said to the confused white moonlight. “Please leave with me!” The white moonlight: “… Umm, okay.” Everyone watched with shocked expressions as the female protagonist was taken away by a strange woman. They didn’t come back. From then on, the plot spiraled out of control. In this regard, the suspected culprit replied that she was just an ordinary, silly villainess.

The OOC Villainess and the White Moonlight Heroine are BFFs Review & Spoilers - Novel Translator

## My Thoughts on The OOC Villainess and the White Moonlight Heroine are BFFs This novel was a delightful surprise! I went in expecting a standard transmigration story, but "The OOC Villainess and the White Moonlight Heroine are BFFs" delivered a refreshing and hilarious take on the genre. ### First Impressions Right from the start, I was hooked by Yue Xia's chaotic energy. Transmigrated into a dog-blood CEO novel as the disposable villainess ex-girlfriend, she decides the best course of action is to befriend (and perhaps seduce?) the female leads. Her utter lack of common sense and 4D personality had me laughing out loud. The premise is silly, but the execution is fantastic. ### What Works Well The heart of this story lies in the friendships Yue Xia forms. Seeing her support and uplift the White Moonlight heroine, helping her gain confidence and break free from her shackles, was incredibly satisfying. The original male lead is a certified scumbag, so it's a joy to watch Yue Xia completely derail the original plot and forge her own path. The side characters, especially Yue Xia's family, are also well-developed and add depth to the story. I especially appreciated how the novel subverted typical tropes. The "doormat" FL, who might be annoying in other stories, is portrayed with empathy, highlighting the difference between reading about someone's flaws and meeting them in real life. The romance with the green-flag ML is also adorable, offering a sweet and fluffy counterpoint to the comedic chaos. ### Areas of Concern While I thoroughly enjoyed the novel, I did find some parts a bit tedious. There's a section in the middle that focuses on the White Moonlight's career and the ML's attempts to woo Yue Xia, which felt a bit drawn out and lacked progression. Also, the ending felt somewhat abrupt, and the extras left out some key information, which was a bit disappointing. ### ⚠️ Spoiler Warning Some readers might find the author's views on virginity a bit outdated. The emphasis on emotional and physical purity felt unnecessary and detracted slightly from the overall message of female empowerment. Also, Yue Xia's initial lack of transparency about her past relationship with Shi Qingyin unnecessarily hurt Jiang Shuyao. ### Final Verdict Despite a few minor flaws, "The OOC Villainess and the White Moonlight Heroine are BFFs" is a highly entertaining and heartwarming read. If you're looking for a novel with a strong female lead, hilarious antics, and a focus on female friendship, I highly recommend giving this one a try. I'm giving it a solid 4 out of 5 stars.
