The author's knack for writing hurt/comfort scenarios is on full display, and there were moments that genuinely tugged at my heartstrings. The unique take on modern cultivation also adds a refreshing twist to the genre. ### Areas of Concern While I enjoyed much of the story, I can understand some of the criticisms leveled against it. The plot does drag in the middle, losing some of its initial momentum. The portrayal of the villain, and the MC's motivations, may not sit well with all readers. Some might find the MC's actions questionable, and the villain's vulgarity off-putting.
