Only Sense Online (WN) Review & Spoilers - Novel Translator

## My Thoughts on Only Sense Online (WN) ### First Impressions Okay, so I dove into *Only Sense Online (WN)* with a mix of curiosity and a slight hesitation. The premise – a crafting-focused MC in a VRMMORPG – definitely piqued my interest. I'm always a sucker for stories that deviate from the standard power-fantasy grind. However, I was also a bit wary, knowing that slice-of-life stories can sometimes be a bit too slow-paced for my taste. ### What Works Well What immediately grabbed me was the character interaction. It's got that classic Japanese novel charm, with characters bouncing off each other in fun and engaging ways. The MC, who prefers crafting and support roles over combat, is a refreshing change of pace. This leads to less of that repetitive grinding that can plague some VRMMORPG stories, and more focus on clever item creation and strategic thinking. I appreciate that the story prioritizes the MC's journey in mastering the game through unconventional means. It feels like a breath of fresh air in a genre often dominated by constant level-ups and power scaling. I particularly enjoyed the unique "senses" system and the way it allows for diverse character builds and creative problem-solving. ### ⚠️ Spoiler Warning Okay, I have to address something that definitely raised an eyebrow. Apparently, there's a plot point where the MC gets tricked into cross-dressing by classmates and *doesn't even realize it*. Honestly, that level of obliviousness can be a bit much. While I understand it might be played for comedic effect, it does raise questions about the MC's awareness and could potentially detract from their overall appeal. ### Final Verdict Overall, *Only Sense Online (WN)* is a charming and enjoyable read, especially if you're looking for something different in the VRMMORPG genre. The focus on crafting, the engaging character interactions, and the unique "senses" system make it stand out. However, that one particular plot point does give me pause. Despite that, I think it's worth checking out if you're in the mood for a lighthearted and creative adventure. I would give it a solid 3.5/5 stars.
