Coming to the world of cultivation by accident, Keqing suddenly discovered that this was really a magical world.
The sword cultivator cherishes the sword as his wife and pays attention to the unity of man and sword.
Keqing: Isn’t this the way of double… or something?
It really tastes a bit heavy.
The enemy who caused the trouble was extremely arrogant and arrogant at first.
However, there was too much nonsense, and she cut the melons and vegetables with one sword.
Keqing: Doesn’t it say in the storybook that villains die from talking too much?
Some people even think that jumping off a cliff can really bring you grandpa.
It turns out that grandpa didn’t, well…
Tiancan——
The young man became a young girl.
Keqing: I can’t complain.
————
Walk and walk along the way, make friends and find your way home.
People all over the world say that it is difficult to seek the way, and it is even more difficult to reach the sky.
Ke Qing looked at herself, who had already become a god in less than ten years.
Hmm…is it that difficult to become an immortal? Seems pretty simple.

Ke Qing Is Just Cultivating Immortality, Is It That Difficult? Review & Spoilers - Novel Translator
## My Thoughts on Ke Qing Is Just Cultivating Immortality, Is It That Difficult?
This web novel, featuring Genshin Impact's Keqing transported to a cultivation world, had a fascinating premise that initially grabbed my attention. The idea of a character so grounded in Liyuean justice clashing with the "might makes right" philosophy of cultivators held immense potential. Unfortunately, the execution seems to falter, leaving much to be desired.
### First Impressions
The initial concept is strong: Keqing, summoned accidentally, retaining her powers but viewed as a mortal, leading to misunderstandings and potentially humorous situations. I was eager to see how her staunch moral compass would navigate the often-ruthless world of Xianxia. The early stages hinted at a fish-out-of-water story with a compelling clash of ideologies.
### What Works Well
The core concept of Keqing's character being at odds with the cultivation world is where the story shines. Her disdain for gods and her mortal-supremacist viewpoint (given her experiences in Teyvat) could have provided a unique perspective within the genre. The potential for misunderstandings stemming from her powers and philosophies also offered comedic and dramatic opportunities.
### Areas of Concern
Several issues plague the narrative. The most glaring problem is the poor translation quality, which significantly hinders the reading experience. Contextual errors and inconsistent character genders make it difficult to fully immerse oneself in the story.
Furthermore, the introduction of a "female lead" and the handling of her unrequited feelings for Keqing are problematic. The romantic subplot feels forced and uncomfortable, particularly as Keqing remains oblivious to the other character's affections. The author's inability to effectively write misunderstandings detracts from the overall narrative.
### ⚠️ Spoiler Warning
The tribulation arc, which occurs during a tournament, is a point of contention. The sequence of events, including a sudden stabbing and the arrival of enemy experts, feels disjointed and poorly executed. The perceived uselessness of Keqing's allies and their subsequent actions further contribute to the narrative's shortcomings.
### Final Verdict
While "Ke Qing Is Just Cultivating Immortality, Is It That Difficult?" boasts an intriguing premise, the execution leaves much to be desired. The poor translation, awkward romantic subplot, and questionable plot decisions ultimately undermine the story's potential. It's a shame, as a more skilled author could have truly brought this concept to life and done justice to Keqing's character. As it stands, I can't recommend this novel in its current state.
