Description

I was an average salaryman when a pre-marital checkup revealed that I was infertile, and my engagement was called off. I was perplexed by the situation, but a few years later I was transferred to another world for some reason. There are beastmen and second gender in this in this foreign world, where even a man can become pregnant. Later on, I took a test and discovered I could have a child because I was an omega. I evolved into a cheerful individual. However, perhaps it was because I have lived as a heteros*xual for 30 years in previous world, I became reluctant to be embraced by a man. Still, I wanted to have a child, so I got drunk and met a beautiful beastman who arouses me, and we ended up having a one-night stand. But, the next morning, I decided to run away.

I Discovered that I Could Have Children in Another World, and I Became Flirtatious and Tried Having a One-night Stand Review & Spoilers - Novel Translator

## My Thoughts on I Discovered that I Could Have Children in Another World, and I Became Flirtatious and Tried Having a One-night Stand This title certainly grabbed my attention, and after diving into "I Discovered that I Could Have Children in Another World, and I Became Flirtatious and Tried Having a One-night Stand," I have some mixed feelings. It's a quick, fairly simple read, but whether that's a good thing depends on what you're looking for. ### First Impressions The premise is definitely unique. Our MC, a 30-year-old man, finds himself in another world and, well, the title pretty much sums up his initial approach. The story throws you right into the action, which some readers appreciate, while others might find it a bit jarring. I personally found it intriguing enough to keep reading, curious to see how this… *bold* strategy would play out. ### What Works Well For a short novel, the pacing is pretty good. The romance develops at a decent clip, and there isn’t a ton of unnecessary angst dragging things down. Many readers seem to appreciate the lack of heavy drama, finding it a refreshing change of pace. I also liked that the story touches on the MC's past trauma and shows him finding closure, which adds a layer of depth beyond the initial premise. The supporting characters, particularly the friends of both the MC and ML, are also a highlight, offering support and humor. ### Areas of Concern My biggest issue, and one shared by many, is the MC's frustrating ignorance. While I can understand him being disoriented after being isekai'd, his lack of effort to learn about the new world's culture, especially the dynamics between alphas and omegas, becomes grating. He makes assumptions and social faux pas repeatedly, which leads to unnecessary misunderstandings and pushes the ML away. Also, while some find the story sweet and healing, others find the MC's personality cowardly and annoying. The world-building can also be inconsistent, with mentions of both carriages and computers, creating confusion about the setting. Finally, the ML's limited dialogue can make the relationship feel somewhat one-sided at times. ### ⚠️ Spoiler Warning Some reviews mention that the MC meets his fated pair as a result of a one-night stand and the story follows their journey to marriage and children. ### Final Verdict "I Discovered that I Could Have Children in Another World, and I Became Flirtatious and Tried Having a One-night Stand" is a light, fluffy read that delivers on its promise of smut and romance. However, the MC's frustrating personality and the somewhat underdeveloped world-building might detract from the experience for some. If you're looking for a quick, low-angst read with a focus on romance and don't mind a flawed protagonist, this might be worth checking out. Just be prepared to occasionally want to shake the MC awake. I'd give it a solid 3/5 stars.
