Everything you Shall Earn in the Future Would be Thrown Away by Me Review & Spoilers - Novel Translator

## My Thoughts on Everything you Shall Earn in the Future Would be Thrown Away by Me "Everything you Shall Earn in the Future Would be Thrown Away by Me" promised a thrilling ride of revenge, romance, and second chances. While I found some aspects enjoyable, I ultimately felt a bit let down by the execution. It's a quick read, but the potential never quite blossomed. ### First Impressions The premise immediately grabbed me: a woman reborn, armed with the knowledge of her past life, ready to dismantle the lives of those who wronged her. I was eager for a satisfying tale of retribution, a cunning protagonist, and perhaps even a dash of dark romance. The tags certainly suggested a wild ride! ### What Works Well The initial setup is definitely a strength. The idea of the female lead waking up and deciding to change her fate is compelling. I appreciated the author's attempt to create a "yandere" male lead who is utterly devoted to the protagonist, even to the point of sacrificing the world for her. Some readers found his unwavering devotion to be a refreshing contrast to typical heroes. The enemies are also entertainingly naive, making the protagonist's awakening all the more satisfying. ### Areas of Concern However, the story falters in several key areas. The revenge plot felt rushed and lacked the satisfying depth I craved. The antagonists were often portrayed as cartoonishly inept, making their downfall feel less like a triumph and more like an inevitability. I also struggled to connect with the romance. The male lead's actions, while intended to be loving, often came across as obsessive and disturbing. The female lead's quick acceptance of his "yandere" tendencies felt unearned, given her past traumas. ### ⚠️ Spoiler Warning Several reviewers pointed out the male lead's extreme actions, including murder and torture, and questioned how he faces no consequences. There are also questions about the ML abandoning the FL in the original timeline, which some found hard to look past. The ending also felt rushed and unsatisfying to some readers. ### Final Verdict Overall, "Everything you Shall Earn in the Future Would be Thrown Away by Me" is a flawed but readable novel. It has an interesting premise and some redeeming qualities, but ultimately falls short of its potential due to rushed pacing, one-dimensional characters, and questionable romantic dynamics. I'd recommend it as a quick, undemanding read if you're looking for something simple, but don't expect a masterpiece of the genre.
