There aren't many arrogant young masters causing trouble, and the story generally progresses logically. I found the power-ups to be well-paced, and Meng Chuan, while powerful, doesn't become ridiculously overpowered too quickly. The fights are engaging for the most part, and some side characters are interesting. I also liked the idea of MC using his painting skills to cultivate. ### Areas of Concern Unfortunately, I felt the novel suffers from some significant drawbacks.
